Travel Consultant / Senior Travel Consultant*
Job Description
Your job scope will include:

  • Liaising with potential holidaymakers in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements
  • Advising clients on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares
  • Designing, planning and customising itineraries to suit to the clients’ preferences
  • Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news
  • Meeting monthly sales target
  • Handling relevant administration
  • Ongoing training with other team members and management
  • Managing, supporting and building key client accounts*
  • Mentoring team members*

Job Requirements
You should:

  • possess excellent interpersonal skills and exude confidence when interacting with clients and strangers
  • have a good command of spoken and written English (to liaise with potential holidaymakers)
  • be resourceful, able to think on your feet and effective in problem solving
  • have extensive travel experience (please cite cities where you have previously travelled to) and have experience in planning holidays for yourself and others
  • have the ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks
  • have good telephone and email etiquette
  • be IT-savvy
  • possess prior experience in mentoring performance-based team*
  • have at least 2 years of sales or frontline service*

Knowledge of GDS systems will be appreciated. Relevant experience in the travel and hospitality sectors will be to your advantage.

Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive
Job Description
Your job scope will include:

  • analysing market trends/data and strategising marketing campaigns to achieve company growth targets and raise overall brand profile and awareness
  • growing leads and subscribers
  • coordinating and executing marketing and promotional activities and programmes to effectively raise company’s profile and expand market presence
  • initiating, managing and meeting objectives of corporate social responsibility projects aligned to company focus
  • supporting the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials
  • generating content for our media assets, including website, blogs, social media and collateral, as well as ad-hoc projects and partnerships
  • graphic designing or engaging and overseeing designers to produce quality graphics aligned with the company’s brands and specific purposes

Job Requirements
You should:

  • hold at least a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or an equivalent general Business Diploma
  • have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with event management expertise
  • be familiar with social media administration
  • have basic knowledge of WordPress
  • have the ability to think out of the box to develop and implement creative and effective marketing strategies, with a strong flair for e-marketing
  • possess strong organisational and coordination skills and able to multi-task
  • be able to effortlessly produce compelling copy for different mediums and purposes
  • possess the confidence in networking and making presentations
  • have an eye for detail and aesthetics
  • be able to work independently with minimal supervision and yet a team player at heart


We are happy to offer students in higher institutes of learning the platform to experience corporate life and the satisfaction of solving real work challenges. While we avail specific positions to interns, Quotient’s approach is to customise the internship according to the strengths of the candidates as well as the exposure they yearn for. Intern, Reservations and Customer Care
Job Description
Your job scope will include:

  • online chat with clients
  • assisting Reservations Specialists to ensure smooth logistical arrangements for clients and handling relevant administrative documentation
  • facilitating bookings and reservations for hotels, activities and restaurants
  • assisting Travel Consultants in fulfilling customer requirements as well as handling enquiries
  • compiling travel documentation and destination information for clients

Digital Marketing Intern
Job Description

This candidate will be working in the Marketing Department and his/her job scope will include but not be limited to:

  • Researching, curating and creating original content for travel guides
  • Develop original story ideas and working on feature articles on travel and related topics
  • Design and edit graphics for various modes of communications (eg. website, e-newsletters, brochures, posters, advertisements)
  • Assist in management of social media platforms, monitoring of online trends and influencer relations
  • Producing/editing videos and working on multimedia projects for branding and marketing purposes
  • Assisting in ad-hoc events and campaigns

Product Development/Marketing Intern
Job Description
The candidate will be working in the Product Development department and the job scope includes but not limited to:

  • Assistance in the management of company’s database and inventory, which includes information updates, data entry and writing descriptions of products
  • Involvement in ad-hoc projects such as client communications campaigns and events
  • Supporting the pre-trip preparation for actual clients
