The story discussed how travel agents in Singapore have been introducing new technologies to their businesses to help them with operations.

Some of the solution prototypes, which includes Quotient’s chatbot, are examined in the article. Our co-founder, Lim Hui Juan, shared that our chatbot will help us as a virtual store assistant and free up manpower for more meaningful tasks.
